Chipotle Black Bean Burger

A spicy and flavorful black bean burger.


With all the weird ingredient vegan burgers out there sometimes you just want something basic. I love this homemade black bean burger recipe and been making it for years. Everyone I made this for loves it and ask for seconds. Its also easy to make in a few steps. Cook veggies, blend, mix and fry.

Step 1: Chop Veggies
Add oats in food processor if you aren't using oat flour. grind till it becomes flour .
Step 2: Cook Veggies and add to food processor

Step 3: Combine in food processor. Add to bowl with other ingredients and mix. Refrigerate

Step 4: Cook on stove. Add toppings enjoy.



This Burger is really simple to make with basic ingredients. I love making these for friends and family. These are totally grill-able in the summertime.
Ingredients

Black Beans
Oat Flour
Cilantro
Yellow onion
Medium Sweet Potato
Cloves Garlic,
Chipotle Peppers in adobo sauce
Adobo Sauce
Cumin
Chili powder
Salt
Pepper
Maple syrup
Olive Oil

Freezing

You can freeze these burgers to eat at a later time. Just let it thaw out until it doesn't feel frozen anymore.


Refrigerate

Store in the refrigerator in a container for 3-5 days.
