Berry Acai Bowl w/ Sweet Cashew Cream
Nice, sweet healthy and quick Acai bowl recipe with a unusual but yummy added cashew sweet cream topping.



Acai bowl Ingredients:
1 Frozen Acai packet
1/2 c frozen blueberies
1 Frozen chopped banana
2 tbs of Honey or maple syrup
1 tea Hemp seeds (optional)
1/4 cup coconut water or almond milk (may need more)
Cashew Sweet Cream Ingredients:
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1/2-3/4 cup water
2-3 tbs Maple Syrup
1/4 tea Vanilla extract
dash of salt
Dash of cinnamon
Optional Toppings:
Camilles homemade granola (see recipe on recipe page)
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds
Banana, sliced
Strawberry, sliced
Pumpkin seeds
Coconut flakes
1. Add all acai ingredients to high speed blender. The ingredients are frozen so a high speed blender is a must! You may need to turn off blender and scrap down edges. Be patient! This is a process but so worth it. You may need to add more almond milk if mixture looks too clumpy or it looks like its not doing anything. It will be finished when the blender starts to blend all ingredients without help and makes that perfect "swirl" (see above photo).
2. For cashew cream. Add ingredients to high speed blender and blend until smooth. Since this is a small amount you may need to scrap down sides again if they all come up when you first turn on blender. Blend until all ingredients are blended. Add more maple syrup of you like sweet :) Add more water if mixture doesn't get smooth. Add to smoothie bowl or top on anything sweet like cakes, ice cream, smoothies , etc. and enjoy !
